Marwa Mohamed, Combining beauty with confidence!

Published

on

A fashion icon with a crave for good food.

It was a delight interviewing the beautifully confident MarwaMohamed and getting to know her off camera. Her audience recognize her from what they see on the television but this time, we bring you bits and pieces of her life; the small details that actually tell us more about a person. And what follows, are bits of Marwa’s life that we know you’ll enjoy just like we did!

Special thanks To Osama Alfa

We kicked off the interview with a question about her daily routine and how her day goes, she told us that she is a coffee addict and must start her day with a cup before breakfast, then hits the gym before going to work or perhaps meeting some friends. She blames her appetite for making her incapable of losing weight even though going to the gym is part of her everyday routine. So fans, chill with your questions, because Marwa is just a victim of her guilty pleasures which are plenty!

We asked her if she’s been active on social media, she admitted that lately she hasn’t been because she is busy with her newborn baby, and even though we’d like to see more of her on social media, we respect her priority list. However, she told us that she’s most active on Snapchat so those of you who replaced it with Instagram, seems like you’re gonna have to start using it again!

When asked about her favorite destination for a vacation, she told us how she’d like to one day visit Switzerland, Paris or Geneva! Her choice for those three beautiful countries surely suits her.

While other women might be a bit shy to share their dress size, Marwa confidentially shared with us hers, and it’s really impressive to see her talk about weight with such an easy spirit. She shared with us that one of the funniest comments she had received was someone asking her how she goes to the gym everyday but never loses weight, and she laughed it off saying that they don’t know how extreme her love for food is. We second you, Marwa! Food is everything.

Marwa expressed a very serious no when we asked her if she would have accepted a role in fifty shades of grey if offered one, “No, never.” was her exact answer.

She revealed to us the craziest thing she’d done and it’s unbelievable! She was only 18 years old when she had her first plastic surgery.. ALONE! Thankfully, she says she’s not crazy anymore. That must have taken all the craziness in her.

Finally, commenting on the new women rights changes in Saudi Arabia, she expressed her extreme pride about women getting involved in all sorts of sectors, and how such a change will surely give women an excitement and positive boost to have their own passion and goals that they can now reach thanks to all those changes.

“What we are witnessing today, the sudden outburst of unexpected events, represents the new normality which we are all dealing and coming to terms with, and will continue to do so in the future. As occurred in the past, the country is being called on to unite, relying on its many souls, on that courage and energy that distinguishes it." Giorgio Armani * * “Quello che oggi viviamo, l’irrompere di eventi di inattesa portata, rappresenta la diversa normalità con la quale tutti facciamo, e faremo nel futuro, i conti. Come già accaduto in passato, il paese è chiamato a restare unito, affidandosi alle sue infinite anime, a quel coraggio e a quell’energia che lo contraddistinguono.” Giorgio Armani #GiorgioArmani Photo Credits: Serge Guerand, Pietro Boselli

#LVMHjoinsforces Given the risk of a shortage of hydroalcoholic gel in France, Bernard Arnault instructed the LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics business to manufacture within their production sites as much gel as needed to support the public authorities. Since Monday, the gel has been delivered free of charge daily to the French health authorities and as a priority to the Assistance Publique-Hôpitaux de Paris. The LVMH Group would like to express a special THANK YOU to all those who made it possible, in particular to our exceptional production teams from @guerlain, @diorparfums and @givenchybeauty who have shown great solidarity and engagement in a spirit of collective effort for the common good. The Group and its Maisons are extremely proud and humbled to do their part in the fight against COVID-19 and to help those whose mission is to protect and care for others. As such, we will continue to honour this commitment for as long as necessary, in connection with the French health authorities. #Coronavirus #COVID19 #APHP #staysafe #StayAtHome #COVID2019france #LVMH #LVMHtalents #Guerlain #ParfumsChristianDior #DiorParfums #Dior #GivenchyBeauty #Givenchy

Louis Vuitton Moët Hennesy (LVMH) Chairman and Chief Executive Bernard Arnault has pledged to produce, bottle and deliver hydroalcoholic gel to France’s Assistance Publique-Hôpitaux de Paris hospital network, completely free of charge! They’re prepping their production sites to be used for the manufacturing of the gel.

Zara

Spain is the second most affected country by the coronavirus after Italy and so the Spanish chain Zara has contributed greatly to the issue by producing tens of thousands of masks for coronavirus patients as well as healthcare workers.

A spokesperson said they “will make a delivery at least once a week of materials [they] purchase directly.” And now Inditex has also offered to produce hospital scrubs.

H&M

Swedish brand H&M is ready to use its vast supply chain capacity to help hospitals in the European Union fight COVID-19 by sourcing personal protective equipment. Many countries are already short on masks but gowns and gloves remain the main priority.

“The Coronavirus is dramatically affecting each and every one of us, and H&M Group is, like many other organisations, trying our best to help in this extraordinary situation. We see this is a first step in our efforts to support in any way we can. We are all in this together, and have to approach this as collectively as possible.” Anna Gedda, Head of Sustainability H&M Group, said.

Adidas X Al Ula: The Lit Shoot With Saudis Power Women

We’re absolutely in awe with Adidas‘ latest ad campaign entitled “Change Is A Team Sport,” where part of the campaign was shot at the Kingdom’s historical place Al-Ula.

In celebration of their superstar’s 50th anniversary, Adidas has featured 4 women who hail from Saudi Arabia in the UNESCO heritage site of AlUla. A breathtaking destination for an incredible shoot!

This makes Adidas the very first major brand to have a campaign shot at AlUla, the campaign featured Saudi female rapper Aseel Saraj, blogger Jory Al Maiman, local designer Alaa Balkhy and actress Sarah Taibah in the latest edition of the Superstar sneakers.

Adidas Originals is one of the most popular sports and athleisure brand worldwide, and this sneaker style in particular always found its way back to production for how iconic it is.

This style is known as the superstar and may no longer be used for sports unlike its original purpose, as the shoes were introduced as the the first all leather basket-ball shoe, and met the needs of the athletes at the time.

Watch below the rest of the shoot, that we take pride in it and are amazed by the way it turned up.

Girls just wanna have fun!
