Bloom Diet and Eva Pharma Join Forces For Healthier Ramadan



We all know how our diets get messed up during the holy month, and that might actually some health problems and destroy our body shape that we have been thriving for. 

So, last night, Hilton Heliopolis witnessed a collaboration between Bloom Diet and Eva Pharma to raise awareness on to lead a healthier life style in Ramadan. With presentations on how to stay fit and create a beneficial diet, speakers have taken the stage to share recipes and programs. The aim of this collaboration is making share that everyone is having a good healthy Ramadan without the need to starve yourself after the Iftar.

MDL Beast


The region’s largest music cultural festival will take place on December 19th and until the 21st and it will witness 18 global superstar headliners, 28 international dance acts and 24 local and regional performers.

The stars include global EDM and DJ stars, David Guetta, Martin Garrix, Steve Aoki and R3hab, alongside the biggest homegrown Saudi artists, including the country’s first female EDM DJ, Cosmicat, and the Saudi DJ duo, Dish Dash.

Riyadh Comedy Show – Eddie Griffin

Enjoy a night filled with laughter as stand-up icon, Eddie Griffin takes on the stage along local comedians who will perform in English, in one of Riyadh Comedy Nights hosted by Shaker Al-Sharif on Baker Al Sheddi Stage in Riyadh Boulevard.

Aladdin Play

The Egyptian play “Aladdin” will kick off this month, starring the talented Ahmed Ezz in the leading role of Aladdin along with Tara Emad as Jasmine, Mohamed Tharwat as Genie, Hisham Ismail as the vizier Jaafar, Sami Maghawry as the Sultan, Islam Ibrahim as a new character named Offah, and Muhammad Jumaa as a pharaoh, the production is directed by Magdy El-Hawary who is also set to produce.

An exceptional show that was originally held in the West End in London and celebrates the works of the late King of Pop Micheal Jackson, featuring his iconic music and dance moves, with a few surprises along the way.

Exhibtion Dedicated to King Faisal to Open In London




An exhibition devoted to King Faisal bin Abul Aziz entitled “A life at the Heart of the Twentieth Century” will open this month in London, commemorating with it the 100th anniversary of his historic five-month visit to Britain, Ireland and France.

At the time, King Faisal was only a child and his visit marked the very first Saudi royal visit to England.

The exhibition will be held on December 20th in the Nash Room for three weeks, and it is organized by the King Faisal Center for Research and Islamic Studies. 

King Faisal Foundation and the Kingdom’s embassy in the UK are both the official sponsors of the exhibition, while the Family Office Co. and Al-Saad Group for Investment and Development are the strategic ones, and finally Sadco Holding Co. comes as a gold sponsor.

“This exhibition is one of many to be held in Europe to introduce the world to King Faisal, his personality, history and biography as one of the most prominent world leaders,” said Prince Turki Al-Faisal, the chairman of the King Faisal Center for Research and Islamic Studies.

“The event, titled ‘A life at the Heart of the Twentieth Century,’ will run for three weeks. It will include some of his personal possessions, along with manuscripts, telegrams, letters, paintings, maps, photographs, articles and press coverage that documented this historic visit.” He added.

The exhibition will be divided into seven sections, “Najed” will showcase the king’s early life, while “India” will tell the story of the visit that constituted his first contact with the outside world.

“London” to document his visit, while “England, Wales and Ireland,” traces his subsequent tour of Britain and Ireland.

Saudi Exhibition in Rome Gets Praised For Showcasing the Kingdom’s Heritage




The “Roads of Arabia: Masterpieces of Antiquities in Saudi Arabia Across the Ages” exhibition which is currently held in Rome and organized by the Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage, has witnessed great praise from visitors of the museum and the director of the National Roman Museum, Alessandra Capodiferro.

The director of the museum expressed pride in her museum hosting such an important international Saudi exhibition that offers an insight on the the civil heritage of the Kingdom and the Arabian Peninsula for more than five million visitors.

The exhibition was inaugurated last November on the 26th by Saudi Culture Minister Prince Badr bin Abdullah, and so far it has been hosted by several other prominent international museums.

Capodiferro also expressed pride in the international reputation achieved by the exhibition, which features several artifacts of great significance, including hunting gear, weapons, jewelry, utensils made from precious metals, glass, alabaster, ceramics, sculptures and wall paintings — all of which are an expression of local production, trade exchange and cultural contact.

The exhibition highlights the civilizations of the Arabian Peninsula in addition to giving examples of the cultural interaction between the Roman and Arab civilizations.

The exhibition will run for three months in Rome, which is the exhibition’s 17th station.
